Park Rules

The rules are simple. Be considerate of your neighbors and those around you.

  • Quiet Hours from 10:00pm – 7:00 am.
     

  • Visitors are welcome. Parties (more than 4 non-residents) are not allowed without OWNER consent.
     

  • No fireworks without prior approval from the OWNER.
     

  • Drive at a speed 10 mph to limit dust plumes.
     

  • If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate trash receptacle after being extinguished. Cigarette butts on the ground are considered litter. Littering is not allowed on the property.
     

  • Pick up animal waste and dispose of it in proper trash receptacles.
     

  • Place all trash in the proper trash receptacles.
     

  • No wastewater discharge on the ground.
     

  • When there is no country burn ban, campfires are allowed but must be maintained at all times. Any fires/ashes need to be extinguished completely prior to leaving them unattended. Be responsible for any fires.
     

  • Outside storage of personal items in not allowed. Please keep the site neat and organized. If outside storage is required, OWNER and RESIDENT will negotiate space/location/type of storage.
     

  • Parking in designated (rock) areas around the RV only. If additional parking is needed, contact the OWNER.
     

  • Only operable vehicles, trailers, and other equipment are allowed in the RV space.
     

  • Minimize water use as much as practical.
     

  • RESIDENT and any guest must know the property boundaries and not trespass on to adjacent landowners’ property.
     

  • RESIDENT and any guest must use designated trail to access the river or discuss with OWNER if other access is needed.
     

  • Generators are only allowed for temporary use during abbreviated times of repair or emergency only. They are not allowed as normal/operational means for electrical generation.
     

  • Operating a business out of the RV that requires any type of vehicular traffic from the general public is not allowed.
